The Oilers took their game in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off sacrifice fly at the end of the game to topple Warren Bears. The game was tied at two with The Oilers batting in the bottom of the seventh when Brian Trujillo's sac fly scored one run.
The pitching was strong on both sides. The Oilers pitchers struck out 11, while the Bears pitchers sat down six.
Carson Lane was on the hill for The Oilers. The pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over two and a third innings, striking out three.
The Oilers racked up five hits in the game. Aidan Espinoza and Dean Carpentier all managed multiple hits for the Oilers. Carpentier and Espinoza all had two hits to lead The Oilers. The Oilers was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error.
